Horticulture Code of Conduct

The Horticulture Code is a mandatory industry code of conduct that has the force of law and is effective from 14th May 2007.

Island Fresh Produce supports the Industry Code and provides the following doucments as required by the legislation.

IFP Terms of Trade - these are the terms under which Island Fresh Produce suppliers will operate.

IFP Horticulture Produce Agreement Schedule - this document describes the specific details of the supply arrangement negotiated with each supplier.

IFP Horticulture Produce Agreement - this document represents the general Terms and Conditions of the Agreement.
